Insurance: Enchantment Dental is an In-Network Provider for Delta Dental, as well as an In-Network Provider for Principal Insurance, Ameritas, Met Life, Aetna, and Dental Source; and we accept insurance from Lincoln Financial and Cigna, which don't a require network. We also accept United Concordia although we are out of network for that group.

Payment Policies: We file all insurances and ask only for co-pays at the time of service. Most insurance groups cover exam, cleanings and x-rays without a co-pay. We are not members of any discount plans or Medicaid. We do not take installment payments on services.

Scheduling Policies: 24 hours notice for canceling an appointment is required, otherwise a $50.00 fee will be assessed and will need to be paid prior to being re-appointed. Of course if the reason for canceling is a family emergency or illness, those things which can not be planned for, no fee will be charged. If a new patient misses their first appointment with less than 24 hours notice they will not be re-appointed, and if a patient chronically misses appointments we may dismiss them from treatment. As much notice as possible when canceling appointments is greatly appreciated as it allows us to better serve the community by seeing emergency patients during those time slots.
